The death toll in a stampede outside Mecca has risen to 717, with at least 800 injured, the deadliest disaster on the annual hajj pilgrimage in over a quarter of a century.
The crush happened in the Mina valley, a few miles outside Mecca, where a sprawling camp of 160,000 tents fills with millions of visitors for a few days each year.
Tragedy hit when two large groups of pilgrims who were preparing for one of the last major rites of their trip met on an intersection of two roads, Saudi authorities said.

Two groups of adult people (well, Muslims at least) “walking” on flat roads into an intersection. In daylight. No cross-traffic nor cars apparently at the time.
Both groups on a “religious” pilgrimage” right?
So. how come we don’t see hundreds of Christians killed every day outside of Notre Dame, Westminister Abbey, and the Vatican when hundreds of thousands pass through these halls every day?
The birthing of new ones is probably a lot like the "birthing" of Orcs in Lord of the Rings.

I go to a mega-church, and the traffic gets pretty bad when the service lets out. Every single person in the main lane stops to let the side lot lanes in. But that's just how Christians are. Somehow I don't think that is what happened when these two "pilgrim" groups met at an intersection.
With all their billions and trillions, why can’t the Saudis establish better crowd control measures? Force these people to space themselves out more and don’t let such huge crowds gather in one place at the same time. Spread out, people.

This is a good illustration of the principle of indoctrination from birth, or a very young age. With such “education” a person will be owned for life. It’s just hard to comprehend how any thinking human can be led into such utter garbage.
No doubt this, or some other indoctrination, is coming to your children through the courtesy of an educational system near you.
