I listened to the caller, also, and I said IMMEDIATELY to myself "that's Cincinatus' Wife". The more I listened, the more convinced I was.

It WAS uncanny. I heard it while in the car, and thought that had to be CW.

CW had a vanity recently about this exact same thing, she was exasperated about Rush talking mostly about Trump. On that vanity I told her most of what Rush tried to explain to the lady, I found that uncanny as well. It seemed like some goofy time warp listening to their conversation.
