Exactly the argument I have been using for a week now... He never said a Muslim should be barred from seeking the office, He said he could not advocate putting a Muslim in as President. I agree with that 100%!
People vote how they want too, my supposedly lifetime Republican friend could not vote for a Mormon so instead he voted for Obama. I would have had a lot more respect for him if he would have left it blank or wrote in Mickey Mouse than to pull the lever for Obama. Now anytime I bring it up, he falls back on don’t blame me for Obama, Romney still won our state...
I am done voting party line and for the lesser of two evils. My future ballots will have a lot of blank spaces (I guess for the computer to fill in however it is programmed /s)
There is NO ISSUE with what Dr. Carson said.
I totally agree with him .. you cannot serve two masters .. Islam believes they are the LAW .. while our Constitution says .. IT is the law.
If the media thinks they will escape Sharia Law if a Muslim is president are in LA-LA land (which is not a surprise).
