Alexander Sanger champions abortion as a practice that evolved through Darwinian natural selection to help humans survive.

“Humanity has evolved to take conscious control of reproduction and has done so in order to survive,” he declares. “… We cannot repeal the laws of natural selection. Nature does not let every life form survive. Humanity uniquely, and to its benefit, can exercise some dominion over this process.”

This IS the left's agenda.

In Sanger’s view, humanitarianism threatened to swamp America with a tidal wave of the “feeble-minded.”

Frederich Nietzsche needs to be added to that list. Few know that he was beloved by progressives. Both fascist leaning and leftist progressives at first.

Nietzsche’s father was a Lutheran pastor, but Nietzsche himself despised Christianity. This was because Christianity sought to preserve all life, including those who were crippled, retarded, diseased, and criminal. He stated that this was against nature (natural selection), in which the strong survive, and the weak die out, and that over time, those who “should” have died out will irreparably harm society.

Teddy Roosevelt was a firm believer in Nietzsche, after obtaining one of the earliest English translations of his work. The great American journalist, H.L. Mencken, an expert of both the English and German languages, published a very limited “vanity press”, that criticized the very popular Roosevelt simply, by comparing the text of some of his speeches to the works of Nietzsche Roosevelt was reciting.

But TR was not alone in this. Since the turn of the 19th Century, eugenics had been all the rage, and governments around the world embraced it, more or less, as a way to “cull its nations losers”.

It amounted to passionate dehumanization in the name of bettering humanity. It involved involuntary sterilization, often of children, incarceration of “the inferior” to prevent them from breeding, as much as to keep them out of society and sight.

But it reached its genocidal peak with Margaret Sanger.

Hillary has been given the Sanger Award. I hope she gets the Darwin Award for her election campaign.
