As FRC has documented, today’s pot is far more potent and thus far more likely to cause grave harm to young people than the marijuana of 30 and 40 years ago.The link "documents" none of these claims. And increased potency means less harmful smoke is required to get the same high - so it seems likeliest that more potent pot means LESS harm.
