Something going around. It’s been over a week and I’m still a bit congestive, though getting better. I hope you are feeling better?
I got up to get ready and dizzy and sick called for my wife she helped me to the couch. I stayed there for much of the day..Needed help getting around for a while..Got my wife sick also..what a week..feeling better today..started last Monday..Thanks

I’m about half way thru whatever is going around...still not 100% tho. Rest is best! My co-worker started telling me (in the spring) that I don’t drink enough water. She is hard core about hydration. She mentioned that to me as i stood up from stocking low shelves too fast and got dizzy. I humored her and started drinking extra water, and she is right. I don’t get dizzy from quick movements as easily.
Did you see the costumes the BUCCOS wore Denver? They ALL dressed up as SuperHeros!!! Hurdle was Darth Vader and his coaches were StormTroopers. And I must say Fransicso Cervelli makes a VERY handsome Superman!!!
