First of all, Obama’s putative father was a Muslim. Therefore Obama is a Muslim. (And in Islam, EVERYONE is born Muslim.)

Jeremiah Wright said that Obama’s beliefs were Muslim. He said he “would not go that far”—i.e., he would not go so far as to say that Obama had become a Christian. He said he found a way to enable Obama to be comfortable mixing his Muslim beliefs with Christian beliefs.

Obama was born to a Muslim father. That makes him always Muslim to Muslims. Muslims are allowed to lie to infidels. That is what Obama does. Otherwise Muslims would a price on his head for denying his faith.

All of this depends on whether the person he claims as daddy is really his daddy. Who knows?
