He didn’t offer any explanation as to what it was for, why he created this device, why he brought it to school,” said James McLellan of the Irving Police Department."

If the punk was evasive in his answers..then he knew what he was doing..any cop will tell you that.

Initially i believe the tale was attempted to be presented as some type of engineering project and the poor boy was treated unfairly.That turned out to be BS to the max.
He brought the contraption for no apparent reason other than to shake thing up,and AH Obama invites him to the WH
Kid needs to be watched along with the parents

The point being that the next time a Muzzie “student” brings a device to school,
the school will be less inclined to question him.
