Cooper’s main goal might have been just to attack anything pro Trump. I saw a slight segment of that show, and Cooper looked like he was unraveling - desperate to find anything to attack Trump.

I think this movement is about to take all this PC pretend conventional wisdom and send it to the incinerator where it belongs. Libs like to associate christians with the worst traits of Islam, as a way to slap christians. They don’t feel oppressed by muslims.... yet. They think they will deal with that later.

This is the elitism and arrogance that epitomizes a huge swath of those connected in some way to DC and politics. They don’t really respect those who don’t have some claim to fame or ‘specialness’, and they are delusional in their perception of their abilities and importance. What make people special is the willingness to self-sacrifice and do good works in the world. Ironically, those who spend a significant amount of their lives hobnobbing at cocktail parties in DC, or the equivalent, are the ones with ‘little’ lives. They just don’t know it.

You nailed it on the head! They do not like Jesus Christ and so they are favorable to any philosophy that challenges Christianity.
They constantly attack anything remotely Christian - especially if you are a devout Christian. Doesn’t matter if you are Catholic or Protestant - it’s whether you are true to Jesus Christ and accept Him as your Savior.
Liberals do not think they ever need forgiveness from a ‘paternalistic God’. They label it sexist. That is why when a Christin becomes a liberal, they lose their faith.
Christ is the stumbling block.
His existence and purpose say that all their efforts to become righteous on their own are worthless.
