That is a great way to end half-hearted “migration” into Europe. Make them have to work to support themselves and pay for services. Give them a pittance of a welfare support. They may not leave home after all.
Hungary keeps them out with a fence and military. Germany shuts down transportation across. Denmark doesn’t give out enough freebies. I know there’s a lesson in there for us but can’t quite put my finger on it.
