He followed it up with a troop surge; they apparently don’t realize that all of the unearned diplomas/degrees and unmerited jobs we’ve given away to blacks for 50 years haven’t “strengthened” anyone (but it has reinforced the belief, obviously held by our government, that blacks are genetically inferior to whites & Asians).
