Did The EPA Intentionally Poison Animas River To Secure SuperFund Money?
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3323853/posts
Yeah, well...
Hillary not in prison; Congress making themselves (and their families and friends) exempt from Obamacare; Lerner walking free; Obama ruling like a despot; Judges legislating and making unconstitutional decrees; Open borders and 'Sanctuary Cities' for invaders; EPA poisoning massive water supplies ... yup, not a lot of Rule of Law left in this neck of the woods...
The Mayor of Silverton, Colorado, the town just 7 miles from the spill, was not invited to the House Science Committee hearings, while the Mayor of Durango, Colorado, 50 miles away from the spill, was invited.
The Mayor of Durango obviously defends the EPA and wants big Superfund money .. — Dave Taylor, the retired geologist who predicted the EPA caused disaster.
Colorado Ping ( Let me know if you wish to be added or removed from the list.)
Gina McCarthy, the arrogant pathetic bureaucrat should be impeached immediately for this fiasco and previous lies, then prosecuted.
If convicted she’ll have a jumpsuit very close to the color of that river after the sludge was released she can wear for many years in the slammer.
Durango is a town full of Toxic Progressive Waste. The place is a disgrace and embarrassment.
Durango Mayor Dean Brookie, a Democrat , already is already helping Barbara McLachlan try to take House District 59 back for Democrats after her husband lost the seat last year... to Brown less than a year ago.
Brown is not helping himself : was one of only five Republicans to join Democrats in blocking a procedural move by a fellow House Republican that tried to force a vote to overturn the states ban on standard capacity ammunition magazines.

Thanks george76. Interesting article.
Liberals/Progressives and dumb Republicans wear me out but I guess that’s what they are good at and I need to not let that happen to myself so much.
Thanks, george76.
Liberals/Progressives and dumb Republicans are like a virus that never totally goes away.
Liberals/Progressives and dumb Republicans are like a virus that never totally goes away.
Very well said.
First, it allows them to demonize the mining industry.
Second, it sucks a wad of taxpayer money up for the 'cleanup'.
Third, it limits the use of the river for traditional uses, fishing and recreation and a water supply.
I have yet to see a Federal Agency which wants Americans to actually use our resources, be those federal land, timber, minerals, or energy. They are all in when it comes to limiting the use of even grazing land, and any encroachments that can be made on private property with 'buffer zones' and the like are done with gusto.
IMHO, the agency should be shut down, policies reviewed by adults who aren't dirt worshipers, and the use of resources (especially perishable ones such as timber) reevaluated. We have spent much of our summer here with the sun red or orange in the sky because of smoke from wildfires in Montana and California, not to mention the Pacific Northwest and BC. You can't smoke a cigarette in a bar, but you have to breathe God knows what from elsewhere, partly due to lousy forest management.
When visibility here is measured in less than a mile because of smoke from elsewhere, something is sadly wrong.
Thanks george76.
