Obama looks on warily. He’s good at that. When is his next tee time? He can look on warily from the golf course.

Putin knows he can do as he pleases now. He ain’t stupid.

Over a year left with Obama. One year too many. This time next year everything may be very different.

The Obama Administration has been interfering in Syria’s internal affairs for years now, so it doesn’t have much of a leg to stand on to complain about Russia’s involvement.

This is what Obola meant when he told Medeved to relay the message to Vlad that he’d have more flexibility after the election.

Get over it. It is a strategic necessity for the Russians that Syria does not become a jihadist state. Otherwise the terrorists who are destabilizing southern Russia would have a secure base and haven in nearby Syria. Russia views Assad and an alliance with Iran as the best way to prevent a jihadist victory. The US simply does not have an essential security stake in Syria.

I’m sure the Russians will place S-400 Surface-to-Air missiles there, and with them any thought of the US dominating the airspace vanishes.

But why should we care - we’re fighting tooth-and-nail to defund Planned Parenthood - spending money to counter the S-400 is ‘too militaristic’ even for most Republicans.

My main concern is that there are not enough Russian helicopters and tanks. Yet. I wish Putin had more sea-lift capability. Given Assad’s enemies (ISIS and Al Qaeda), I’m rooting for Assad and the restoration of stability. I’m also hoping Europe will put all their “refugees” on trains back to their homes as soon as possible.

U.S. looks on warily as Russian helicopters arrive in Syria

I guess this administration has never seen leadership and commitment before.

Someone has to restore order and take out Isis. Obama is the Muslim king of chaos and death.
