150 years after the end of the Civil War, they are still trying to integrate blacks into the economy - there simply aren’t enough slots in the entertainment industry in which a small number do very well. The artificial economy of government hiring/contracts masks the fact that most blacks are unemployable in the private sector; when government has to tighten its belt the lie is exposed.
“Diversity” is simply a component of the poverty/grievance industry, and leads to the same dead end.
