But as the Gallup figures cited by Charles Gaba clearly show, the adult uninsured rate rose from 16.4% in the first quarter of 2010 to 18.0% by the third quarter of 2013, so if those responsible for Obamacare Facts had taken this into account, they presumably would have predicted a net reduction in uninsured between 2013 and 2014 even higher than 15 million.
Funny how the percentage increase of uninsured adults INCREASED from 2010 to 2013, yet we never heard a peep.
The Obama team is really good at helping statistics lie.
