I read the article and want to note this footnote:

[3] Strictly speaking, this estimate of coverage gains was relative to the number of uninsured prior to passage of Obamacare. But as the Gallup figures cited by Charles Gaba clearly show, the adult uninsured rate rose from 16.4% in the first quarter of 2010 to 18.0% by the third quarter of 2013, so if those responsible for Obamacare Facts had taken this into account, they presumably would have predicted a net reduction in uninsured between 2013 and 2014 even higher than 15 million.

Funny how the percentage increase of uninsured adults INCREASED from 2010 to 2013, yet we never heard a peep.

The Obama team is really good at helping statistics lie.
