(Ron) Paul has little room to criticize politicians for changing their party affiliations. He campaigned for president as a Libertarian in 1988, after running for office seven times as a Republican and serving as a GOP member of the U.S. House for more than six years at that point.
So why didn’t he vie for the Republican nomination? Because he’d renounced the party — along with Reagan’s presidential policies — a few years earlier, resigning from the GOP and forgoing a bid for reelection to Congress.
Paul is incredibly clueless. He should tell people why they should vote for him, not make predictions about others.
Rand and McWeasal have become very good pals and he supported McWeasal for re-election and McWeasal’s hit on McDaniel in Mississippi.

I doubt Trump beats Cruz in Texas. We’ll see.
However, Trump will definitely carry Texas in a landslide should he win the primary.
I am not yet convinced that Trump is the best candidate for POUTS. BUT, the flak is REALLY think and now Dems and GOP-E seem to be crawling into bed together to tackle Trump.
And that make me happy. We should be pretty close to the target.
The only Kentucky poll I can find is from May when Paul was ahead. Has anybody seen a more recent one?

Good diagnosis Doc. I’d say the indications are getting rid of their political advisers. Hard to get rid of your demanding donors however. Trump’s got ‘em on that one. Don’t really know how you get around that one. Wonder if Reagan used some of his own money. I know he stayed on message against the GOPe.
