Not even joking. I recently engaged with one on Twitter. Her responses were hysterical, literally and figuratively. When I compared PP to Nazis she told me Nazis were antiabortion and anti birth control, I kid you not. So I Tweeted back sarcastically, Birth control: Why the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor. She fell for it! I wasn’t even trying to snag her up with it, I was merely making a sarcastic comment. She also called me anti woman, which is a little weird since I’m female. Like I said, hysterical.
Because the kill girl babies. They’ve been doing it for a very long time.
This is why in India there’s a massive amount more men than women, thus making it more difficult for Indian men to find wives.
Memo to India: If you want your boy babies to grow up and find a wife, then stop killing your girl babies.
In India boys are valued more than girls.
The same goes for China
Abortion is not only legal it is common, particularly in India a country that is misogynistic at best. Same with China.
What the Hell do you expect. Expect the same in America now that we have imported more and more non Christian third Worlders.
It is beyond simply valuing them more for cultural reasons; I read a while ago that the dowry expected of an Indian father can be three years’ salary. When the government tried outlawing sex-selective abortion a few years ago, doctors that tried to abide by the ruling soon found their neighborhoods had an increased number of abandoned, strangled female babies lying around.
Abortion is murder; any supporter trying to make the case why murdering a female child is worse than murdering a male child is engaging in wishful thinking. De-sensitized people couldn’t care less..
Even before we started importing heathens we were leading the way with this evil. We EXPORTED it (often tying financial aid to it); when the Ayatollah came to power in Tehran the US embassy was the second target of his mobs. First they destroyed the Planned Parenthood center, a gift from the Great Satan to the ancient people of Persia.
Let the market operate. In a shortage of girls, girls fathers can say "No dowry. You want a wife for your son or not?". In a serious shortage, the GROOM pays a dowry.

I think that whole culture has gotten so screwed up as East meets West; the few Hindu Indians I know are horrified by the very thought of children. Once they come here a lot of tradition is tossed out the window. The Boys Club in my town closed years ago, and is now a Hindu temple (they are one prong of the Asian/Hispanic invasion of the US; my town has far more Hispanics). An Indian friend eventually compromised with his wife; he wouldn’t engage in forbidden things (smoking, drinking, eating meat - particularly beef) in their apartment.
These baby girls will never grow up and have “reproductive right”.
I understand; I suspect it has been going on a while here as well. Decades ago my classes had noticeable differences (with more males), and now I see the same in my children’s classes. My wife is imported; I guess as long as someone is making enough females for the guys looking to get married there is no problem. Marriage has fallen out of favor so much in the US I doubt anyone even notices any imbalance (in terms of desperately seeking a woman to marry).
There’s a far easier way to fix the imbalance than making more girls: cull the male herd. That’s why we have wars.
Seriously, war is the eventual solution to large societal imbalances and that is just one reason why this practice is ultimately life threatening to both sexes.

Memo No. 2: If you want to ever have grandkids, have a daughter - they might be in short supply, thus apt to be able to find a husband and have children.
The right to kill the kid for any reason trumps preventing a slaughter of girls.
Yeah Memo No. 2 is good also.
I’ve read theories that the reason you see so much Muslim violence is purdah and polygamy.
Rich men take multiple wives, so many young poor men have no potential brides in the community. And they have no outlet in the sex trade or “loose women” as they can to a degree in Asia.
So you get more young men with no hope of satisfying the sex drive unless taking sex slaves in war or dying a martyr to get a harem in heaven.
