The only reason that the lamestream media has covered Hillary's e-mail scandal to the extent that they have is so that when they ignore it during the general election they can say "It is old news. We already covered that."
I think that the reaction to Watergate was just the final expenditure of the energy young Americans had built up over the Vietnam War.
The Democrat leaders grabbed onto it for their political use.
And Watergate was an attempt by a Republican underling to see what the Democrats were doing.
