After cbs fired dan rather, cuban hired him for one of his rinky-dink cable networks, So, cuban’s ability to judge talent in the media and political realm is weak.
Furthermore, cuban will always be a pale imitation of Trump. When Trump started gaining some success with the apprentice show, cuban put the word out that he wanted a show for himself, too.
This was born Shark Tank.
It’s a great show, but cuban lacks the charisma and smarts to carry a show on his own in the same way The Donald can.
I'm tempted to say that didn't stop someone else running as a Democrat, but we'll leave that discussion for others...
