Wasn’t DT’s show “The Apprentice”?
This is another similar show titled “Celebrity Apprentice” without DT, which makes it worthless as a draw.

Isn’t that kind of like hiring Donald Trump as a cardio-workout instructor?

"You're fired" was one of his one liners in
True Lies, right before he killed the bad guy by launching a missile with him attached to it.
FWIW, a great choice.

Arnold is never boring. Just like Trump. I’ll watch it.
To: MeshugeMikey
It's absolutely intentional, anything but bizarre or random. It is a LSM move to take an old entertainer turned (unpopular) politician and flip the circumstances on Trump.
Whatever the outcome, you can bet the overall intent is to associate Trump's fortunes to Schwartzenegger's and to deflate the Trump bandwagon.

This is a joke. They should just cancel the show. Donald Trump was that show.

I predict that the show will fail big time. what made the show work was the fact that trump and his panel understood how business decisions were made and when they got rid of a contestant they were able to explain the reasoning behind there decision. Swartznagger barely understood managing a governorship and I don’t think he could adequately explain his decisions.

Gee ... who'da thunk! *rolls eyes*
It took me awhile to identify what it was that seemed to familiar to me about all the Trump enthusiasts on FR and among my conservative/Republican friends and family.
Finally, it hit me -- the spittin' image of me back when I was so gung-ho about Arnold being the only real chance to "save" my beloved Golden State of California. I was every bit as enthusiastic and confident in Arnold and gripped by a "hear what I want to hear, see what I want to see" mode, for essentially the same reasons, as so many wishful/hopeful dreamers are right now on a national level for Trump.
So Mikey ... with respect, from my point of view, far from being a "bizarre turn of events," this is a most fitting and somewhat predictable turn of events.
*sigh*

Mark Halperin says that, faced with plunging poll numbers, Hillary's only hope of victory is to "win ugly."
A question I have not heard asked or obviously answered is, What does Trump do vis a vis his empire if he becomes president? COO of a ten Billion dollar empire stretching across several continents and countries is quite a responsibility to pass off to a blind trust. Just wondering.

It might work. Arnold supposedly has a lot of business interests. So he might just be able to pull it off.
I would expect “Your terminated” instead of “Your fired”. And probably “I’ll be back” or “We’ll be back.”
