We’re not talking about depriving them of life or liberty, we’re talking about them being transferred to another university, for crying out loud.

Actually, dumbass yes you are, you are taking away their liberty to attend the school of their choice, and what other University is going to accept a young man that has been expelled from another for rape? Logic and reasoning, cause and effect, these are just a few of the things that demonrats are incapable of understanding.
