When he turns the cylinder he has the trigger cocked while putting his hand in front of the barrel.

Interesting experimental device but not real functional.

Referring to it as a “semi-automatic revolver” tells me the author knows precisely dick about firearms.

LOL, yeah I was thinking that it should be called a “manual” revolver.

I’m glad you noticed! Those words together seemed a bit ludicrous to me.

Barrels not rifled reduces accuracy beyond short range.

I see that he is not particularly fond of his index finger.

Yeah, a semi-automatic revolver is okayyyyy, but get back to me when the fully automatic revolver is available. Perhaps we should cut a deal with these know nothing idiots; if they’ll NEVER, EVER again mention any form of gun control,we’ll gladly let them ban forevermore the deadly semi-automatic revolver. Everybody’s happy!

Interesting factoid, there were a few working models of a “semi-automatic revolver” where the force of firing a round advanced the cylinder.

Throw some different shades of metallic paint on it, and it would look very Steampunkish.

Like people do with Nerf guns.

(No not really.)

It’s just another zip gun. Doesn’t even have a trigger.

Unbelievable. These journalists have been so brainwashed they see nothing wrong with using the term semi-automatic revolver. They don’t know the difference between a cartridge and a bullet.

During the last ammunition shortage they were making silly statements like “Bullets are flying off the shelves.”

These journalists know everything about global warming though! LOL
