No, not Orcas (Killer Whales). The DEEPEST they've been known to dive is about 1200 feet ... not 2,000 feet. Also, they stay under for a max, generally, of about 15 minutes. After that, they have to surface to breathe.
Whatever took this Great White could dive very, very deep and therefore could probably stay down for a long time.
