Migrant quota plan rebuffed by 4 European nations
St Louis Obispo Tribune ^ | 11 September 2015 | George Jahn, Karel Janicek

At least four countries Friday firmly rejected a European Union plan to impose refugee quotas to ease a worsening migrant crisis that Germany's foreign minister said was "probably the biggest challenge" in the history of the 28-nation bloc.

Hungary, which along with the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland said it would not support the proposal, threatened instead to crack down on the thousands of people streaming across its borders daily as they flee war and persecution.

The stance by those Central European countries reflected a hardening front against distributing at least some of the refugees among them and was a stinging rebuff to German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier, who traveled to Prague to try to persuade them to reconsider.

I think the rest of Europe should go for a quota of ZERO and tell the Germans that, if they want ‘migrants’ then they can keep ‘em all.
Otherwise, break out the armed forces and defend the borders!

Kick all of their asses out, set up a naval blockade in the Mediterranean Sea, deport the Islamists that are there now, end the benefits, and start reproducing to replace your aging population (I hereby volunteer).

Stand strong Czechs. Stand strong Hungarians. Stand strong Slovaks. Stand strong Poles, especially remembering yesterday’s anniversary of Jan Sobieski’s defeat of the Mohammedan invasion literally at Vienna’s gates. Stand strong, true Europeans.

They can rebuff it all they want. As long as bleeding hearts are in charge, it won’t do any good.

That anniversary should be celebrated every year in Europe especially Austria. Europeans have to get back their sense of history and their roots. People can get together locally and start some kind of celebration and then spread it around. The traitorous leaders cannot stop people from celebrating their culture.

If I were Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland at this point with nothing to lose, I’d just in unison threaten to all leave EU.

I know Brussels would say “oh that’s illegal under the EU Constitution”, but I’d say so sue us.

I mean it’s either the getting sued thing and those countries committing Cultural Suicide....I’d rather get sued and save my nation, it’s people and it’s culture.

They’re all screaming at Hungary because they’ve got many of the Muslim horde in camps....in camps on account that they’re violent and tried to seize control of Hungarian trains.

But I suppose camps in Turkey would be okay, afterall Turkey’s human rights record is appalling anyhow, oddly the Human Rights groups who are part of the people trafficking crowd bringing the Muslim horde into my Continent, well they don’t seem to mind Turkey’s human rights record.

Ha! Oh yes they can stop us celebrating our culture and history.

Heck when a man in the UK was threatened with arrest for inciting racial tension by reading a Winston Churchill speech in Hyde Park, you know your Continent is doomed.

Given the track record of non assimilation by Muslims in Europe, it is plain STUPID to bring in more refugees, is it not?

It makes more sense to clear and secure an area of land in Syria or other native countries, so the "refugees" can stay in their own countries until the ISIS is defeated and eliminated.

It would cost less and avoid bigger internal problems being experienced right now in Europe.

Remember that Muslim countries refuse to help their fellow Muslims because they are concerned about terrorist attacks. But Europe is not concerned?

Most have gone on to Germany, where 450,000 migrants have entered. It is expecting at least 800,000 this year, the most in Europe. Munich authorities said more than 40,000 people have arrived in the past six days.

Germany must have aspirations of becoming France.

Or a death wish.

I just can’t wait for the next round of EU condemning the United States for cracking down on illegal aliens...

How’s it feel to be on the receiving end for years at a stretch, EU? About ready to call it a day yet? Apparently some of your members are.

What is stunning is that Germany's Merkle just assumed she would 'speak for all of Europe' when she opened the flood gates to 'her country' and THEN demands the rest of Europe AND the entire International Community step in line to do their "Duty" as Europeans and take 'responsibility' for her decision.....basically saying..."it's not my problem it's OUR problem"....along with it a huge propaganda machine falls into place to make sure the world sees all the crying children....

Why now? Why is it such a huge deal now? Why are so many crossing into EU now? Syria has been a combat zone for years, but just now EU is getting refugees? I don’t buy it for a minute. ISIS has gotten stronger and we’ve been lied to by the media, or it’s by design. No way this just spontaneously happens all at once.
