Why is there a Canadian flag on the Cruz square?

Presently, I’d say that other than the top four (Carson, Trump, Bush and Cruz)...the rest can go home and simply hope for VP or a cabinet post. To think there was some ‘big’ tent with tons of opportunity back in January....it was all bogus.

That 1st/2nd choice poll puts Jeb at 20%. Jeb, before people got to know him, was at about 20%. That tells me that only 20% of 'pubs will tolerate a candidate the puppetmasters in the party are trying to force-feed us.

Best thing they could do for the nation is accept that the Party unite behind Trump and move on to supporting the best candidates for other offices.

If Trump doesn't get it, their rigged Repbulican Party is OVER. So is the nation, if people who care are manipulated out of choosing their candidates.

Scott Walker is learning, the hard way, that thinking voters are tired of weather-vane politicians.

So the men who are polling well are the men who know themselves and don’t rely on paid lackies to invent them

Walker took a dump! In any case the eventual nominee will need allies. Best not to rub too many noses in shi’ite!

"In the Top-of-the-Poll Headline News: Trump continues to lead, while the media and Jeb Bush alliances urgently work to push non-vulgarian Ben Carson into the #1 spot.

They RNC/GOPe (Wall Street interests et al) need a visible and statistical result so they can drum beat the “Donald Trump has peaked and is now slipping” message. They are urgently looking for a POLL RESULT they can sell as a ‘see-toldyaso’ breaking news alert. Carson in Iowa is their best hope at creating that narrative/optic."

There you see the game. The GOPe desperately building up Carson to start a Trump slide in the polls just to clear the way for el Jebbe.

Unfortunately, unions will extrapolate Gov. Walker’s low numbers into the false belief that his policies (Right to Work) are unpopular with the American people. This of course, is untrue. Right to Work IS very popular with Americans.

Trump is the only double digit candidate, time to start weeding them down. Anyone under double digits should drop out.

Remember giving to the RNC is giving to prop up RINOS who could be beat by a Conservative if they had the funds. GIVE TO YOUR CANDIDATE. NOT the RNC.

Who they pick as VP is the other high priority. We need a known Terrorist fighter and that means some one like LT COL ALLEN WEST. That percentage of the Military vote that goes dem would flip to GOP with him as a VP. If you can get their votes counted.

Walker has been a huge disappointment in this race. Clearly not presidential timbre.

Walker doesn’t play well on national TV. I kept thinking “Santorum II - Sweaty Edition” during the debate. I have no doubt he, like many second-tier candidates in the past, would be an effective President for conservatism...but he lacks the audio-visual gravitas to overcome the MSM’s relentless propagandizing for the welfare state.

He’s shrinking and I don’t see a comeback....if he decides to run in the future I would advise him to do something with that bald spot!!!!

It would be really nice if the GOP field had to drop one candidate every 2 weeks. Whoever is in last place should drop out, just like a Survivor style reality show. Pataki should be gone ASAP. Not even one person in 100 supports him. He’s only sticking around to gather campaign cash for himself. He does a disservice to the Party and the primary race... and yet the GOPe does nothing but focus on taking down their front runners. Stunning.

Perry had enough self-respect and common sense, will Walker?

It is very early to call it quits. Things happen suddenly. The fallout of conservatives gave us Romney. Bush thought he was going to win with the same strategy, having enough money to outlast everyone else. Trump has changed that and it is good. I prefer Cruz. Hopefully good people will stay the course and the mushy middle will fall to the bottom. Go Jeb! downward that is.

Dear Scott,

What happened to go Big go Bold? You held great promise. I was a very early supporter and sent you some money. I still think you are a great guy and a great American Patriot. But the time for stepping on eggshells in a consultant driven tap dance is gone. Trump, for all his flaws and missteps, which are plentiful, embodies the unapologetic, common sense, old fashioned vision of Americanism that I yearn for.

Democrats and the left have succeeded far too long on the timid acquiescence of the right, who have been conditioned into speaking and behaving according to their terms. You Sir Scott, should have been giving the orders to your staff, not the other way around.
