Some people wanted Obamacare, that is what it means, government perusing your medical records. Papers please.

As much damage & tyranny as Obama has done this database have peek-a-boo we see you records kept on you was the brain gas of USAG Gonzales under "W". So is three quarters of the LEA spying on U.S. us "Tool's the Obama administration uses on us now.

Where was the outrage then? The standard reply to opposing it was "You are either with us or the terrorist" was the answer to all bad Bush policies. The worse part is the abuses and precedents the Stooge GOP two house majority set us up for in the Obama administration to follow. Some thought the GOP with McConnell and Boehner would stop it? Stop it my eye they caused it. All anyone in the Obama administration needs now is their pen and Phone Stinking Badges.

Abortion is supposed to be guaranteed because you have a “right to privacy”, but the Feds can look at your medical records without a warrant and second guess your doctor’s prescriptions. Some privacy.

“And in commie/socialist governments, the people must be powerless against the iron fist of the government.”

Don’t forget, in the USSR, many criminals were considered to be mentally ill and sent to “hospitals” to get well. They would have been much better off in Siberian prisons.

As it stands, a 12 year old can get an abortion in many places without their parent’s knowledge or permission.

Can’t own a gun if you are deemed unfit

A gun club associate does not take a certain prostate med because an off-list use for it is mental treatment.

He won’t take that chance to lose guns for being classed ‘mental’.

many criminals were considered to be mentally ill ==

Christians were, and sent for mental ‘treatment’.

The War on Drugs is a war against the American people. It cannot be won fighting supply it can only be done fighting demand.

Every year thousands of Americans are murdered by other Americans just so they can take the place as the corner drug supplier. When one person is killed, many others fight to take his spot - knowing that in so doing they themselves elevate their risk of being shot and killed by a rival. Not just Americans - thousands upon thousands of Mexican citizens (and many more from central/south America) are killed every year as the Cartels rage against each other for supremacy in drug trafficking.

What on earth does the DEA think it could do to “win this war” when the suppliers are willing to murder each other by the thousands every year just to stay in business? They cannot do one single thing that would stem the flow of illicit narcotics so now to justify their paychecks they have taken to intimidating doctors and patients. Yes many are addicted to drugs and many to prescription pills but the DEA policies are making sure that it is easier, cheaper and more convenient to score smack than to get pills from a doctor. And no drug dealer is keeping a file on how many vials of heroin you bought for the purpose of ??? What is the purpose of the DEA seeing these files? To intimidate doctors? What public good could ever come from that?

The War on Drugs was begun as a way to imprison blacks and now it is used as an excuse for an iron-fisted government.
