Only a properly ratified treaty, or a counter resolution/act in Congress therefore could undo the sanction, which is currently US law.
Anyhow, strong leaders in the House and senate would make this clear and indicate that any move by Obama to suspend US law on his own authority, without a ratified Treaty, or a Act of Congress, will be treated for the treason it is and articles of impeachment will be immediately put before the Congress.
THAT is how you must deal with an anti-American like Obama over this deal.
Sadly, we do not have such leaders in the House and Senate. We have some members who are...but the leadership is feckless and is playing political games and is unwilling to stand.

He’s correct, but nobody recognizes the treaty clause right now. A present vote is a vote for giving Obama the power to ratify the deal.
Today, the House of Representatives passed the U.S.-Israel Strategic Partnership Act by a 410-1 vote. The lone dissenting voice was Representative Thomas Massie (R-KY).

Well the Corker bill did exactly that and only one Senator voted against it. Tom Cotton of Arkansas.
There are 246 Republicans in the House and 188 democrats. The House votes 269-169 with one Present against approving the Iran nuclear deal. The 162 that voted for the deal were all rats.

The maverick Kentucky Republican voted “present” as his colleagues were sharply divided over whether to approve the controversial accord, with 269 lawmakers voting against the deal and 162 voting in favor.
When Iran goes nuclear next year it will finish off the Democratic Party.
