This guest -- I'm sorry I don't know who it was, he was on in the third hour -- is that Boehner must find a judge who will quickly issue a TRO to block release of Iran's billions ... that this is the only thing Congress can do now to "stop obama" and to "stop this 'deal'". ("Quickly" being the operative word because if the TRO is not issued say, for six months to a year, the billions will have already been returned to Iran.
This is what conservatives (and people who love America) get from electing Republicans and from Republican "leadership"!

I suggested this yesterday...but got slammed. I’m not a lawyer, but I KNOW that if one party to a contract doesn’t perform a requisite contractual act, the other party can seek IMMEDIATE injunctive relief. Or- in the case of a public official, a Writ of Mandamus demanding that he fulfill the official’s duty.
Pr Obama has to produce the secret agreements, take him to court and make him produce them.
