Senate Republicans have hit a new low. Not only are they doing nothing to stop Obamas lawlessness on Iran in forging a treaty without Senate ratification, they are allowing him to break the very law that broke the treaty clause of the Constitution. You cant make this stuff up!
First, the good news. When Mark Levin and Conservative Review were the lone voices against Corker-Cardin in April, everyone thought we were being purists. Most conservative pundits and elected Republicans thought this was the best opportunity to get congressional input. Every major news outlet was reporting this bill as a means of requiring congressional approval for the deal. It was so complicated and convoluted to explain to the American people that this bill really did the opposite of what it was advertised to do.
Amazingly, Mitch McConnell and Bob Corker are siding with Obama against their own legislation.
But as I noted a few weeks ago, you cant fool all the people all the time, and now the entire country is aware of the Corker-Cardin betrayal and they dont like it one bit. The pressure is so intense that when House leadership promised to bring the resolution of disapproval to the floor, House conservatives promised to vote down the rule to consider the legislation. Now the House is being forced to do what we have been demanding for months. They are scuttling the unconstitutional process of requiring congress to disapprove of the treaty. Instead they will bring the following three resolutions to the floor tomorrow:

Obama is LAW-LESS because Republican “leaders” are BALL-LESS!!!!
From the article: “With the growing voice of the people placing these malcontents on defense, the momentum is beginning to change.”
Momentum will change when the traitors convicted of treason.
They are worse than cowards Ann. They are co-conspirators. I guess some are also cowards. Graham comes to mind.
I wish ppl stop saying GOP leaders are ball-less. This imply they’re on our side but just scared. They’re not scared at all. They’re fighting for the other side. They’re traitors
Graham said the Corker bill allow us to debate the Iran deal. It was total BS. AS if without it, we wouldn’t debate it at all
I do not know treaty law but isn’t the essence of a treaty offering military assistance to a foreign country if they are attacked?
Isn’t there a clause in the Iran “agreement” offering US military assistance if they are attacked?
Can’t this thing be stopped until the treaty question is answered?
How old is McConnell, why is he still using up "carbon credits" and what does Hussein have on him?
The first attempt to kill the Iranian deal was Kirk-Menendez in 2013-14 which 16 democrats supported. Reid blocked it from the floor of the senate, but if the GOP had stuck with that coalition after they won the senate, they had a chance.
Instead, the GOP went partisan and tried to spit in Obama's face by Boehner inviting Netanyahu and Tom Cotton's letter to Iran.
So they got only 4 dem votes, not even enough for cloture.
Doesn’t matter, the Rats know how to keep each other in line when it matters.
This is a large part of the reason Trump will be the GOP nominee and likely next President of the United States.
