Dream on. As far as I can tell, the precedents are well established and could not be clearer to the effect that the courts won’t get involved in such a dispute between the legislative and executive branches.

It’s all moot,Obama went to the UN,declared victory,the UN has lifted all sanctions,all Europe is already in Tehran making business deals,our sanctions mean nothing.
Stop worrying,learn to love the bomb,we will all be meeting Iran’s,North Korea’s,China’s,Russians little friends soon enough
