The article deliberately doesn’t convey what the footage of the accident shows. Makes it sound like the victim did something wrong by “colliding” with another vehicle. Didn’t Jenner push her into the intersection at a red light?
The article ends telling you Jenner was sober and says it wasn’t texting.
Oh yeah Jenner didn’t exceed the speed limit - what is the speed limit at a red light when there is a car stopped in front of you and you push that car into oncoming traffic and the driver’s death? Didn’t exceed the speed limit???
Police accident reconstruction officers can tell exactly how fast you were going loser. It is all about physics and evidence at the scene such as skid mark and not the kind in your britches Brucey.

Even if Bruce went under the knife, surgical genital manipulation does not change gender. Bruce was born with XY chromosomes, and will never have XX chromosomes. Gender can not be changed, no such thing as a "transgender". People can do strange things in surgery, the genetics that determine gender (XX or XY) will not be altered.
So are they going to send him to a Women’s Prison?

You can still be under the speed limit and still kill somebody. I should know since I’m on the road all day long. Bruce was either texting or on the phone at the time and killed someone. For shame, Bruce!

It's been a few years since I took "Driver's Ed" but I still don't think you are allowed to run into the car in front of you, no matter how slow or fast you are driving. (Then again, this is California and it is a "special person" so maybe there is some kind of dispensation.)
In addition to skid marks and the like, vehicular computers record data for some seconds of speed, brake applied, air bag deployment and other useful (to the police) information. (I think the data is over-written in memory so all that is available is a few seconds before the event. I also recall that air bag deployment stops data recording so that the accident data is preserved and not over-written.)
I would assume the computer has been taken by the police and the data downloaded and analyzed.
But how fast was Bruce going?
