This is how I see it. Listen to your heart and if you feel you can do something to help — whether it is to help with a call list, email list, or if there is a school board issue that you can speak to at that meeting.
Do what you can - it doesn’t mean you have to attend a rally. It can be as simple as educating others while you are at the school board meeting or other function.
One thing gets in the way more than just about anything else. - Bashfulness. - Being too timid to open our pieholes and say, “I don’t believe in that because . . . . . . “. Adamantly and decisively. - Wanting everyone to “like” us. Face it . . . some people will “like” you, some won’t, others won’t give a fig one way or the other. Speak up without screeching or screaming.
