Talk is cheap.

Meadows needs to put up or shut up.

Although, now that the he’s raised the issue, Meadows can only go forward if he wants to retain credibility.

If Boner scuttles the Gohmert bill to force the Iran deal to be the TREATY we all know it is, I will forecast that Boner is indeed gone as speaker.

McConnell and Boehner should have a new conservative, anti-socialist, anti-Nanny State bill sitting on Obama’s desk every week for him to veto.

Instead they have been protecting him from having to veto bills that would be popular with voters.

Will McCarthy or Scalise be much of an improvement?

Rearranging the chairs to quiet the riff-raff?

Who would be a good conservative leader? Gowdy?

Gowdy would be a good choice. I'm sure there are others as well. But the establishment will push McCarthy as next in line.

The forces that have kept Boehner as House speaker will still be around when and if Boehner vacates that seat. House members have repeatedly voted Boehner Speaker, Lord knows why. Maybe this time the House members will be free to put in a leader who is not a socialist democrat lackey.

Why would anyone even take the time to write this article?

“Boehner is on his way out?”

All that I can envision is Obama sitting on the pot straining to get a dump and Boehner finally plops into the pot below.

That’s what a body does when it finally processes all of the good parts of food....discards the rest and Boehner has finally had all of the political nutrients extracted from his worthless corps and finally will become some political fertilizer in someone’s organic fertilizer.

“Caught between an intractable right flank and a Democratic president, they say he’s managed to get a remarkable amount done.”

--Promised to defund and get rid of Obamacare
--Promised to investigate and indict those responsible for scandals/abuse of power in:

*Benghazi
*IRS
*Fast and Furious
*VA Care (or lack of care)
--Promised to stop Presidential Decree of Amnesty for Illegal Aliens
--Promised to cut government overfunding
--Promised to fight gay marriage as a federal mandate and leave it to the States
--Promised to vigorously promote a Conservative agenda

So we helped the GOP campaign for and then voted in a more conservative House and helped the wrestle the Senate away form the democrats and which of those above promises did Boehner fulfill?

None. Zilch. Nada. Keine. Null.

So who is intractable?

The right flank?

Really?

And Politico interviewed lawmakers who characterize Boehner’s situation in a sympathetic light. “Caught between an intractable right flank and a Democratic president, they say he’s managed to get a remarkable amount done.”

HA! name one damned thing! Just one!

Lets face it 28 GOP votes is a pretty low threshold. They should have got rid of him last time.

Oh my goodness, did I really write it that way and didn’t proof-read it?

It SHOULD be:

“So we helped the GOP campaign for and then voted in a more conservative House and helped them wrestle the Senate away from the democrats. Which of those above promises did Boehner fulfill?....”
