B.C. Johnson should have done his homework.

Minnesota had nearly 25,000 soldiers fighting against the Confederacy. Over 2,500 soldiers died in battle or from disease during their service and countless others were injured.

So no. He and his Confederate flag would not have received a warm welcome in Minnesota.
