As of the 2010 census there were 46,478 residents living there. Only 2% were black making that a total of about 930. Maybe all them showed up to the event?
That’s why I said black bloc and blm are not necessarily the same. If you find any footage of black bloc activities, you’ll find them mostly angry white punks due to the cursed white privilege guilt they’re saddled with. blm is mostly angry black youts po’d because of slavery. When I went to high school in Olympia in the late sixties there were no black people in Olympia. We had some Asians who worked in the mushroom farms and struggled to learn to read English as a second language. My mother taught some of those classes and people really did want to integrate.
Then they built the lefty Evergreen college and thus things changed quite a lot.
