There is a heavy police presence in Garfield Park tonight after the remains of a child’s foot and other appendages were discovered. We’re told this find was made in or near the Garfield Park lagoon. Garfield Park is closed tonight while chicago police conduct additional searches to try to locate any other remains.
Probably not. But, this continues to reflect the lack of respect for human life in this country.

they turned pale and left the area...never to return as far as Ive been able to determind
Not PP, but who ever did something like this has a high paying job at PP waiting for them.
Having no conscience at all has to be a job requirement, and I certainly don’t think they should go to jail when the PP around the corner is performing the same atrocity.

The depravity of life since 2008 (no coincidence) is heartbreaking. We as a nation (and world for that matter) have fallen remarkably.Only certain chosen lives matter. I think over and over that I do not recognize my country nor relate to this so called world community anymore.
