All of them. The big parties are all about pandering and want to win elections without having vision or leading the country. And the small parties like to lose heroically rather than risk actually having to actually do something.

That’s not an heroic loss. Heroic losses are the result of doing something, chiefly where the loss results in the overall gain. Inertia is never heroic.
