All well and good, but what will you do with all of the chronically unemployed who won't pass the drug tests. I assume employers will still have the right to fire or not hire users.

I almost put on that post that Trump could wait until he had restored the jobs. But you're right, they won't be able to hold down a job. And will probably end up back in jail for crimes related to being underemployed, trying to steal to buy pot, or for being bi-polar.

But we are easing towards that anyway. We've lost 4 states and DC. Unemployment will be cheaper than prison.

I don't like the idea that legalization sounds like condonment. But if Trump does use the money for education, then maybe there's a better way.

Time to try something different. We can always go back to locking them all up if it doesn't work.

education gets enough money...ENOUGH....we don’t need people doped up with weed to provide education....
