The judge said that if he fined her then there was no stopping someone else from paying her fine.

Other people have been bankrupted for refusing a judge's order on this subject. So I'm sure that is probably coming down the pike.

The toughest thing for her will be not knowing what fate awaits her as she takes this stand. She is hanging way out there. And you'll find supposed conservatives turning their backs on her.

They need an example to encourage any potential others.

Putting her in jail makes her a political prisoner. This is a very dicey situation, and I do not think the judge realizes the can of worms he is opening.
