Never underestimate the stupidity of the American people—especially Progressives. They are just looking for a plausible (and they set the bar very low for that) excuse to exonerate Hillary of all blame in this. Then, they will rush to get before the cameras and proclaim it as the Gospel “that we’ve always known was true”.
