Maybe I’m wrong, but the only polls on Trump I’ve seen are with registered Republicans. I haven’t seen any polls on independents and/or Democrats. I think Trump can pull a lot of unionized Reagan Democrats with his anti illegal immigration stance.
I think Reagan Democrats are a dying breed and only exist in the fond memories of conservative websites like these. In reality, their numbers are probably insignificant.
Well, we are talking about the primaries, right? THeoretically, only registered Republicans will be voting in them.
