That would be HIS counselor’s office. That teen is a mentally ill boy, dressed in a wig and girls clothes. He needs therapy, not a free ticket into the girls dressing room.
Basically, we are now a society that celebrates and honors mental illness and perversity.
Some of these people are mentally ill, some are simply perverted, and some are both. Ditto for our society. Our sick way of “helping” these mentally ill people is to surgically mutilate them while turning them into celebrities.

Back in the 1950's, public shame would have forced the boy's family to send him away to live with a distant uncle(institutionalization). Today, public shame rarely exists and the USSC has ruled for the insane. Ozzie and Harriet are dead. Sigh.
