Agreed, but the cops need to go full tilt on ACTUAL criminals. None of this 'community outreach' crap. Those days of niceties are over. The cops need to break some arms and cap the bad guys. Full tilt mode. Scare the bad guys BADLY.

Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake ignited this madness by tying the hands of the police in Baltimore. The bad guys took this as a sign of empowerment. Lawlessness over Lawfulness and Rawlings-Blake and her puppet master "the cops acted stupidly" Odingo are to blame for this madness.
