The fact is that hitlery, o'dummy, bill, and the rest of these people come across as traitors to America because, well, they are traitors. They hate America, Godliness, Christians, righteousness, law and order, etc. They're hard core communists, but can make a fabulous living by running for political office in the Democrat party.
After all, how far would they have gotten had they been honest with us about who they really were?
