Why not just do a complete population exchange? Give the land of Germany as a whole to North Africans, Middle Easterners, sub-Saharan Africans, and give those now empty lands to the Germans, and be done with it. In less than a generation "Old Germany" would be just another third world pee hole and "New Germany" would be a booming economic powerhouse.

Exactly. Then they can switch places again and go back to running Africa and the Middle East into the ground.

In less than a generation "Old Germany" would be just another third world pee hole and "New Germany" would be a booming economic powerhouse. We've already seen it. Look at South Africa while the German/English whites were in control, compared to the rest of Africa. Look at Rhodesia vs Zimbabwe.
