I’m quite sure, that buried in the debacle that was the Supreme Court decision on Obamacare, was a ruling regarding the withholding of Medicaid funds by the Feds, to the States, that made it clear that the practice of withholding said funds due to policy differences was unconstitutional. Could someone verify that for me?
