Unless the Iranians decide they don't wish to mutually agree to the inspection.
All the Iranians have to do say is say the magic words , “Unless we mutually agres to allow you to, you have no inspection rights and we do not agree to allow you access or inspection rights” , and the IAEA is dead in the water and barred from the facility or inspection

Well all we have to do under the agreement is to ask permission to search. Isn't there a provision in the agreement where we can just pay the Iranians to 'search' their own sites? Then when they find nothing they bill us for the effort?
