I just did a job search for "Director Diversity Inclusion" on indeed.com. There were 764 hits for jobs over 140k. Most are for explicit diversity programs, while some are requirements for senior management. Most are not government jobs--these are companies voluntarily endorsing sodomy.

No wonder our economy is dead. The fascists have taken over.

Not one of those jobs would be available if it weren’t for the long and coercive arm of fedgov. I’ve written some proposals to govt agencies and the “diversity” and WMDVBE requirements are sickening. You need a position like this to be filled if you want to sell to the behemoth. Few companies refuse to sell to leviathan because of this. Instead they create positions like this to prove to federal procurement “officers” they are correctly playing the game.
