Yes. They do. Sometimes multiple times in one day. Heck, sometimes multiple times in one interview. My favorite example of that was a couple of days ago, when he said he liked the idea of a flat tax; then, in the very next sentence said that the problem with the flat tax was that the rich pay the same as everyone else, and that there should be some “graduation” in the rate. Which, y’know, is kind of the exact opposite of a flat tax.

Folks could say Cruz is weak/has changed positions on immigration...on his H-1B visa stance, as well as his deportation stance and on his Trade position(s).
