A fax attributed to Vester Lee Flanagan claims the slayings were a response to the Charleston mass shooting.
An apparent suicide note received by ABC News on Wednesday morning and attributed to Virginia shooting suspect Flanagan, aka Bryce Williams, claims the killing of two reporters during an on-air interview was motivated by the Charleston church shooting and a desire to incite a race war.
ABC News says a man identifying himself as both Flanagan and Williams Flanagan's on-air name first contacted it several weeks ago.
The man asked for a fax number, claiming he wanted to pitch the news channel a story.
A fax reportedly transmitted two hours after this mornings shooting appears to contain suicide notes authored by a man named Bryce Williams.
What sent me over the top was the church shooting, the author says, referring to Junes mass shooting at the historic Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church in Charleston, S.C. "And my hollow point bullets have the victims initials on them.
As for [Charleston shooting suspect] Dylann Roof? You [censored]! You want a race war [censored]? BRING IT THEN YOU WHITE [censored]!!!
The author then claims Jehovah told him to act on his plans.
Also, I was influenced by SeungHui Cho. Thats my boy right there, the notes continue, referencing the gunman who killed 32 people at Virginia Tech in 2007. "He got NEARLY double the amount that [Columbine High School shooters] Eric Harris and Dylann Klebold got just sayin.
The fax, entitled "Suicide Note for Friends and Family, concludes with a list of grievances that include racial discrimination and sexual harassment in the workplace, and makes reference to the authors homosexuality.
The church shooting was the tipping point ... but my anger has been building steadily, reads the last line of the note. "Ive been a human powder keg for a while just waiting to go BOOM!!!"
Franklin County Sheriff Bill Overton refused comment on whether Flanagans alleged attack had racial motivations. We are looking at all those dimensions, Overton said. I have no comment on that at this time.

The media will say “Nothing to do with black racism here folks, moving on, here is a story about a puppy playing with yarn”
refused comment on whether Flanagans alleged attack had racial motivations
Did you read the note? How about extremely mentally ill motivations!
Two weeks ago, Louis Farrakhan called for blacks to rise up and murder whites.
Judging from other stuff I read about this guy’s history, the bats had entered his belfry long ago.
DANG!
“.......The media parroted all of this, slandering Wilson, slandering the Ferguson police, and slandering police across the country. The memes of Obama, Holder, and Sharpton have now pervaded the popular culture. Diddy, 2 Chainz, The Game, and Rick Ross, among others, cut a song titled Dont Shoot which carried the following lyrics: They killin teens, they killin dreams, its murder Black men, we pay the toll, the price is your life, Uncle Sam want a slice, black dress code now we looting in the night, now we throwing Molotovs in this Holocaust. Members of the Selma cast, including the director, posed in the Hands Up, Dont Shoot motion. So did five members of the St. Louis Rams. So did CNN hosts. So did thousands of misguided protesters around the country, told by their leaders that to slander police is virtue.
And so anti-police rage boils to the surface, encouraged by the White House, encouraged by the Attorney General, and encouraged by its media sycophants. Innocent men are shot. And all of those who helped label cops racist throw up their hands in faux horror.”
Did anybody see an alien mothership hovering over the crime scene? /sarc

If caucasian police are fair game according to the media, then why shouldn’t caucasian media be too?

“.......In an often rambling letter to the authorities, and family and friends, he writes of a long list of grievances. In one part of the document, Williams calls it a Suicide Note for Friends and Family.”
He says has suffered racial discrimination, sexual harassment and bullying at work
He says he has been attacked by black men and white females
He talks about how he was attacked for being a gay, black man
Yes, it will sound like I am angry...I am. And I have every right to be. But when I leave this Earth, the only emotion I want to feel is peace....

Supposedly says “my bullets have the Charleston victim’s initials on them”.
I know full well that is not what the charleston victims would want.
And I know full well the victims families didn’t want this.
This was all for this racist SOB.
WHERE IS THE MEDIA OUTCRY? WHAT IF THEY WERE BLACK REPORTERS SHOT BY A WHITE MAN THAT LEFT A RACIAL MANIFESTO???
WHERE’S THE RACIAL OUTRAGE????
SHARPTON!!!! THIS IS RACISM PURE AND SIMPLE. WHERE YOU BE AT?
This was so horrible and the media will cover it 24/7 for weeks as they push for gun control.
Sharpton, he lay low.
We need to see the entire note. Release it all ABC.
Maybe, but as soon as they figure out that it's going nowhere, the whole incident will go into the memory hole at lightning speed.
You'll never hear about it again.
(If caucasian police are fair game according to the media, then why shouldnt caucasian media be too?)
The media have had no problems amplifying black hatred toward whites. They never expected that THEY would be the victims of what they have sewed (of course, the actual victims probably had nothing to do what the overall media has been doing...).
